    PĂOBÙ 跑步 [TO RUN]
Running is currently one of the fastest growing outdoor activities in China. Six years ago trail running was almost unheard of. Now there are hundreds of trail races every year. With this new found interest in outdoor sports, it seems as if trail running could serve as a bridge for a new generation of young Chinese as they reconnect with their wild spaces.

  2. The Communal Art of Footracing

Every weekend, tens of thousands of people, line up at a start line to run a footrace. Why?
Running and competing is such a historic and intrinsic part of our culture that we don’t often question it. “The Communal Art of Footracing” explores the meaning behind our competitive drive, how this translates to Ultra-Trail Running and why it is so important.
